1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quillino ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Quillino is a property management app for landlords that allows you to manage rental properties, track payments, store documents, and generate reports.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

3.1 Quillino Pro — Annual Subscription

• Subscription name: Quillino Pro
• Billing period: 1 year (auto-renewing)
• Price: €12,99 per year
• Free trial: 7-day free trial available for new subscribers

The subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation.

3.2 Quillino Pro — Lifetime

• Purchase type: One-time non-consumable purchase
• Price: €44,99
• Access: Lifetime access with no recurring charges

3.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone or iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods.
